New 3rd year Working Holiday Visa arrangements: As of 1 July 2019 Working Holiday (Sc 417) and Work and Holiday (Sc 462) visa holders (in short WHV) can apply for a 3rd year visa provided they complete six months specified work in regional Australia. The work must be carried out whilst holding a 2nd year WHV and the work is carried out on or after 1 July 2019.
